More About Sophie

With over two decades of entrepreneurial experience, I am passionate about helping business owners achieve greater efficiency, balance, and happiness in their professional and personal lives.

Starting in 2001 with handmade cards and wedding stationery, I founded media8 in 2003, expanding into graphic design and print services – 20+ years and counting.

My journey includes co-running Guided Media (2009-2012), where I developed EatoutNorfolk, an online directory of Norfolk dining spots, which also included a quarterly printed magazine.

In 2012, I launched The Holistic Directory, creating a UK business hub and community focused on promoting holistic practitioners and increasing access for individuals looking for wellness support.

Certified as an NLP Practitioner in 2011, I leverage these skills in business coaching and consultancy, offering personalised guidance to clients.

My Ultimate Diary Planner, launched in 2014, has sold thousands of copies worldwide. I offer a range of my own and specialise in creating bespoke planners and journals for select clients (usually speakers, coaches and authors) who are looking to deliver their methodology in a different way or add another asset into their product suite. I have also worked with individuals for their own very specific personal journals.

Throughout my career, I’ve been recognised for my contributions with the Future 50 Young Social Entrepreneur of the Year Award in 2013 and being named one of the Top 50 Business Advisers in the UK in 2014.

In 2019, I founded The Productivity Tribe, a membership focused on accountability and balanced living, which ran for 3 years, and offer digital and print products that support productivity and well-being.

In 2020, I joined the marketing team for Killing Kittens on a freelance basis. I take on various roles and contribute to their innovative and dynamic marketing strategies.

In 2023 I began working closely with Rethink Press as their Book Marketing Coach. I assist authors in preparing for publication and maximising their chances of achieving Amazon best-seller status.

Most recently, I co-founded “Woman The F*ck Up” with two incredible businesswomen. This initiative is about embracing your unique self, being bold, and living unapologetically. We focus on education and empowerment from the bedroom to the boardroom, encouraging women to prioritise their well-being, pleasure, and happiness.

Driven by values of authenticity, positivity, and connection, I aim to educate, motivate, and support business owners in creating a fulfilling work and life.
